SJLA PRIVACY POLICY

This Teaching Agreement is made between SonaJapan Japanese Language Academy and the student enrolled in SJLA “Japanese Language Beginners Online Course” are required to agree to the following conditions of enrollment. Trainer and learner ,failure to comply with this agreement may result in being dropped from the program.

I, do hereby agree to accept the terms and consequences set forth in this agreement. The terms are as follows:

Class length

Each session comprising an 80 min zoom class includes a live conversation class and a 10 minute to clear the doubts and queries, explanations, tips, quizzes and homework.

Class cancellation

Any cancellation needs at least 24 hours notice. If any learner  cancels the session with less than 24 hours  notice, they are subject to  lose your paid-for class. If a teacher cancels with less than 24 hours notice, you get a free makeup class. Students need to inform the trainer  to cancel their class in the scheduling system. In case of more than 50% absence, the class is subject to cancellation and reschedule for another day.

Discounts

You are able to get discounts for regular company classes or for having larger groups, especially from the same company.

Technical issues

Zoom Cloud meeting software is extremely reliable; we provide Japanese Language online sessions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, experiencing almost no problems! If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, SJLA can not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class. But we do record all the sessions for good quality control, thus we always send every recording session to each student on the same day. Extra ESL support lesson can be provided with proper evaluation of missed class.

 

Referral Program

You can receive 5% discount on your course fee for each new student you refer to SJLA with valid registration ,  maximum limit is up to 10％ discount eligibility . .

Rules and Regulations

  • While studying online pay respect towards your classmates and their respective opinion as students from various backgrounds become the part of learning sessions together.
  • Maintaining discipline to be sharp on time is expected towards session as per pre-decided schedule.
  • You are expected to be present with a good presence of mind even to curate answers in an organized way. …
  • It is Mandatory to ban the use of Mobile Phones or any other similar devices & to be kept on silent mode during online Sessions.
  • While having a conversation with each other, kindly pay respect towards each other’s privacy & Pick the right tone, even stick to the point as much as possible.
  • Build an engaging online environment which will encourage healthy discussions during the sessions.
  • Avoid posting or sharing any inappropriate material (even privately) and be forgiving & respectful towards each other.
  • Think before you hit the send button; be careful with humor and sarcasm & be aware of strong language, all caps, and exclamation points. …
  • Noise – Tutor and Student should enjoy a session free of background noise, including, without limitation, people, telephones, music, or other distracting sounds.

Commencement date of the course may be subject to change in case of emergency or inadequate entries of the prospective students.

Promotional Video Permission: We may use your photograph as a part of SJLA promotional videos for SJLA website and other  subject to promotion of SJLA.

Fees

Fees payable in respect of your provision of the Services:

  • The SJLA requires students to pay for courses in advance to secure the Place.
  • Fees are paid on a per course basis in accordance with the number of sessions or duration of the months of Services as per your selection of the course.
  • Fees are inclusive of the soft copy of all the course study material related to the respective course.
  • Fees are subject to pay before the start of the first session of the respective course. Fees are not subject to refund in case of drop out from the session during the course of the period for any reason.
  • More detailed information on course fees and other prospects. Kindly read terms and conditions as per relevant level of the course.

 

In case of the SJLA Batch cancellation due to inadequate attendance of the students or due to any unavoidable reasons, SJLA Academy is liable to pay remaining dues to all the  students as per the Indian rules and regulation.
